As someone who promotes eating well and exercising for a living, people tend to think it all comes super easy for me...
But I, just like many other people, struggle with eating too much.
I find myself eating what many would consider “healthy” food, but I’m just eating too much of it OR I’m eating it for reasons other than hunger.
I always say that I’m Get Lively’s ultimate guinea pig as I have my food struggles too and I’m always looking for ways to improve upon my own habits.
So in this week’s show, I’m sharing how I work to understand and curb my overeating as I coach you - and me too.
